Tummy Tuck Belt Review

Honesty is the best policy, right?

I was given the opportunity to try the Tummy Tuck Belt as a review and I’ve given it my best shot, I really have, but this just isn’t a good product for me.  (Check out the comments below for community questions and answers)

This “miracle slimming system” takes 10 minutes two times a day and the instructions are easy to remember:

  • Apply the Thermal Accelerator Cream to your stomach
  • Put the belt on (over your head, or step into it) and do 2 minutes of abdominal exercises from the instructional DVD
  • For the remaining 8 minutes keep the belt on and do whatever you want, read a book, take the dog for a walk, blog ;->

Included in the Tummy Tuck Miracle Slimming System is a very helpful ‘Quick Start Guide’.  It is full of quality information on guiding you toward understanding food and how certain choices pertain to a healthier lifestyle.  It contains meal plans for men and women, education on foods and how they react to the body and motivation to keep you on a positive, healthier path.  The Quick Start Guide is the best part of this package.

I did the Tummy Tuck Belt regime for a week and a half.  Yes, only a week and a half.  Now, I wasn’t expecting a “miracle” in that time frame but my stomach muscles did benefit from the standing contracting exercises. (Exercise!  Get it?)  Here’s the thing, putting on the belt.  Ugh!  If this belt was easier to put on I would have continued with this program and I’m sure my stomach would have become some what flatter.  But I just couldn’t take it any more!  I prefaced I was going to be honest.  Just do crunches already.

Two times a day of struggling to pull this belt over my shoulders, over my boobs, and then unroll it from its struggles to get it to lay flat was beyond a pain!  And there was absolutely no way I could put it on by stepping into it and pulling it over my thighs.  (Which are in much better shape thanks to another program which I began a month ago and talk about in this post.)  Velcro!  What this product needs, in order for me to use it, is Velcro.  And the Thermal Accelerator Cream?  The directions say to leave this on for at least two hours, then wash off.  So, lets say you exercise with the belt on, there is no way I’m going to wait two hours to take a shower.  Or, if you wear it for the 10 minute TTB exercise video, you get to set your timer – twice a day – to wash it off.  Ugh.  It doesn’t sting, there is a faint scent, it didn’t stain my clothes.  But as I’ve said – Just do crunches already!

So, there you have it.  I’m sure this item will help those that are willing to put it on.  All it truly is good for is a compression garment.  It isn’t easily detectible under a t-shirt, so if you choose to wear it for a quick slimming effect, it will do the trick. Compare with the actual tummy tuck cost.

  1. Sadly, I think the only thing that will work for me is an actually tummy tuck. But i’m too scared to do it!

    • I hear ya’ Jen!!! ;->

    • how about this?? http://www.babooshbaby.com/
I have this, but i wonder what the material the tummy tuck belt is? Is it like spanks material? can we buy this and rub coconut oil on?? just wondered Hahah~ so random sorry. i was just looking up reviews. Thanks by the way~

Hello!! I tried this product too& It dnt wrk4 me,so I started back on my sensa ,which I saw better results&loss more weight&I dnt have2 fight with a belt!!.

      • I see you liked Sensa…I was wondering if that really worked! My life has totally changed and I’m not working like I used to, so now all the temptations of watching TV & eating everything in the house is put before me. I really need a boost to control my boredom and urges to eat and fill the void. Thanks for posting, if possible could you tell me more about how Sensa works for you? thanks so much,
        Bonnie

  2. Would the size you order make any difference in terms of comfort putting it on?

I’ve been doing Brazil Butt Lift for 10 weeks but I’m very hippy and I have a large chest. Would I be able to use this belt?

    • I understand what you’re saying regarding the size you order. They have a generous gauge for size selection (If you wear a pant sized 10 or less. Pant size 12 – 16)and I’m middle to lower of the 12 – 16 number so I thought putting this on wouldn’t be a problem.

I LOVE the exercises from Brazil Butt Lift! Now, about getting this Tummy Tuck belt over, your words ;->, large chest. I’m a 36 D and this item was such a struggle to get into that I dreaded it.

    • I Will try it ,I realy need it,hope it works :)

  3. Anonymous says:

it says to put it on from the feet up lol

    • You’re right, in the book it does offer the option “from the feet up”. And I’m with you big time on the LOL. And I’ll add a mighty HA! to that as well.

    • This comment has been removed by the author.

    • What’s so funny? Putting a belt on from the feet up is not an option for a woman with wide hips or a large butt. Let’s face it this belt is actually a girdle. For the most part, women have hour glass shapes no matter what they weigh. Whether you have a big butt or big boobs getting a girdle on is not easy. Many stores sell girdles that wrap around with Velcro or a zipper that are simple to put on which are a fraction of the cost of the Tummy Tuck Belt. I’ve been using one for years. The concept of the Tummy Tuck is full proof but the lotion they recommend is a cheap gimmick. The slimming effect comes from being forced to contract your abdominal muscles. This is good for your posture as well as strengthening your torso. When you pull your abdominal muscles in toward your spine, your abs help your back muscles to keep you standing straight also. Doing this on a regular basis can actually lead to stronger core muscles and train your abs to stay pulled in. Yoga and Pilates are two exercise systems that rely heavily upon the concept of activating or contracting your abdominal muscles. Incorporating these workouts would be another way to train your abs to stay contracted in daily life.

  4. I think this tummy tuck belt information is quiteimpressive and I personally suggest people to read it. Quality work.

  5. Anonymous says:

I just received mine and it went over the feet and up quite well. I don’t have large hips though whereas my chest is very large.

  6. Anonymous says:

So was your only issue with the product was the belt being a pain in the butt to put on?

    • My main issue was the inconvenience of putting the belt on. If it were once a day, then I’d deal with it however, the process required wearing it twice a day – now THAT became a pain. Why not just do some crunches once a day instead?

    • you put why not do crunches once a day on some of your comments, theres some people that cant do crunches because of their back so if they can find something like this belt then that would be amazing. I want to see if it works for people and not their actress’s or actors my father would love to try this but we dont want to buy it for him for it not to work so thank you for your honest opinion about it.

    • You might want to try truth about abbs. His program is good and also flexable with difrent excercises because he is concerned about how people hurt themselves while exercising. I learned that I was doing some of them wrong for years which is why I now have back problems. He also sends you e-mail on the latest things that do work. And some times pokes fun at some of the scams.

I really want to try this belt but I’m scared it won’t work. I’ve read a million reviews all saying different things.. should i?

    • All I can share is my personal experience. Telling you weather you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ try this well, their site shows a Money Back Guarantee ;->

    • What about the cream? What is in it? How safe is it.? Are their any side affects?

    • Here are the ingredients from the label:

water, ethoxydiglycol, c12-15, alkyl benzoate, glycerin, caffeine, steary alcohol,, stearic acid, magnesium silicate, dimethicone, glceryl, copolymer, phenoxyethamol, propylene glycol, allatoin, phopolipids, kola nut extract

I didn’t have any side effects but it didn’t DO anything. If it’s supposed to “accelerate” the fat burning aspect of this regime, um… no. No it did not.

    • Anonymous says:

If Alkyl Benzoate is one ingredient in this product I would be concerned. Benzoate is a cancer-causing agent – a dirivitive of benzene. Maybe one should “TRY” to find out what percent of Benzoate is in this?

  8. Anonymous says:

My husband and I really want to try this. We are thinking about buying it but we are both having our doubts. We exercise daily and we just both want to lose the belly fat. Should we go forth with it Ann?

    • Honestly, I say stick with your exercise routine. But as I’ve said before, there is a money back guarantee.

    • Anonymous says:

I did it! it works if u work it step into it mine was thight the first two weeks too! Drink a much water as u can n light exersie! It worked for me i work a70hr.wk n don’t have much time it wa prefect!

  9. I had a tummy tuck, and it was the easiest thing I have ever done. I didn’t even take a tylenol. I am so happy with the results. I was scared also, but I am so glad I did it.

    • am thinking about a tummy tuck just dont want the after pain but i think ill stick to my tummy tuck plan cause no one has said really if this belt has worked for them

  10. Of all the comments I’ve read no one says anything about the Thermal Accelator Cream, what does it feel like and it is safe?
I want to order but have concern about the cream.

    • GREAT QUESTION! I need to update my review!

The Thermal Accelerator Cream is a light weight, non-greasy cream that you apply on your stomach before you put on the belt. It doesn’t have much of a scent, which is good. I thought I would feel some warming from this cream, but I didn’t.

Here’s the thing… I found the instruction of wearing the belt for at least 10 minutes yet needing to leave the cream on for an additional 2 HOURS ridiculous! If you wear this belt while exercising, are you going to wait 2 hours to take a shower??? Or, if you do this belt alone for the 10 minute TTB exercise routine, are you going to set a timer 2x a day to remind you when to wash it off?

As far as the safeness of this cream my experience was that it didn’t sting my sensitive skin and it didn’t mark any of my clothing.

    • Anonymous says:

here’s a question…i work nights, and could wear the band all night and add the cream half way thru my shift…does it recommend not wearing it that long???

    • Anonymous says:

Hi, I got mine about a week ago. I have not been washing off the cream and there have been no problems. I also wear the belt all day. I have noticed my stomach looks smaller but it may be from the exercise. I like the way my jeans look with the belt on, though! It does remind me to stretch and exercise more as well.

  11. I have been using mine for 1 week as of tomorrow. I hace lost a half inch and I do step into it. I’m sure thast I would strangle myself going top to bottom. I haven’t changed a thing either. The cream has a warm tingling sensation on me, if I use the right amount of cream. It was hard for me to determine what a small marble size was. I love it so far, but only time will tell.

  12. It DID NOT work for us! My husband and I both bought a set each 3 weeks ago and have followed it twice daily exactly as instructed. Neither one of us lost anything across the abdominal region … not even 1/2 an inch!I’m tossing the belt AND the cream in the bin and moving on with my life.I wish we could get a refund for money wasted!

  13. Alexandria C. says:

While I’ve never heard of this, it does sound like a pain in the behind and sounds like I would have trouble getting it on either way. Have you heard of the Ultimate Body Applicator by It Works? Its an easy to use (my husband can do it!) site specific wrap that you can use anywhere from the neck down – neck & chin, chest, arms, belly, back, butt, thighs and I’ve even seen people wrap their calves. What it does is detox the area applied resulting in tighter, firmer, more toned skin. If you would like more information on it feel free to contact me: cozzini.itworks@gmail.com or stop by my website: acozzini.myitworks.com

  14. I tried the tummy tuck belt. As you stated my main problem was struggling to get into and out of it twice a day. I didn’t feel any reaction from a cream that’s suppossed to be thermogenic. I expected some type of reaction.
Then to return it I had to pay shippping and handling. They sent out the shipment of cream though I had returned the belt and I had to pay for shipping it back to them. They refused to send me a prepaid label. UGH. Never again.

  15. Dontbestupid says:

Please use your excellent google ranking to spread knowledge instead of perpetuating ignorance by even hinting at the fact that this silly product could possibly ever work.

    • YOWZAA!!!

Perhaps you didn’t catch on to me saying that this product is only best as a girdle, nothing more.

    • Ann, isn’t it amazing how indignant people can be when they are wrong or when they neglect to read something with comprehension? I thought your review was very clear and you did tout the “virtues” of the product as a girdle. Yet, here we are with someone who proves he/she is actually the exact opposite of their screen name.

I was thisclose to buying this product until I read your review. I will stick with my elliptical and throw in some crunches!

    • Thank you so much for your comment David. I was surprised when I read that comment above. Just another case of “someone” not reading the entire post content. (I didn’t think I wrote something so lengthy that it would prove a difficult read. Perhaps their attention span is short.)

Good luck with your elliptical! And don’t forget the crunches! :->

  16. Thanks for your review, I was actually considering buy this product, as I am 5mo post baby and in the military. I only have 6 mo total before my measurements have to meet the Army standard. Even w/ working out, I am still about 10lb from my goal weight, and 3 in above my max waist measurement. I was hesitating on this bc of the ingredients list, as I am nursing my 5mo old. I don’t want anything in my bloodstream that would adversely affect her. Thanks for listing the cream ingredients, I may research them. Then again, maybe not if it doesnt even work! Guess I better trudge along with this workout :(

    • Thanks for leaving a comment. My advice to you is to keep trudging along with your workout – if you want to see results, that is :-> . This belt, oh this tummy tuck belt, is best as a compression garment, that’s it.

Let me know what exercises you’re doing and how they’re working for you!

    • When you breastfeed, your body tends to hang on to those last 10 lbs. This happened with both of my babies. Once you’re finished breastfeeding and can exercise a little more extremely, those last 10 lbs should come right off. Good luck!!

Anyone who changes their lifestyle, even just for 2minutes a day, will change their physical appearance, all i can say is DUH! I say lets all start doing 2mins of exercise twice a day, and see what happens…hmmmm.

  17. I can not do crunches nor any real exercise as I have too much arthritis and bones spurs up my spine, I was going to try the belt, But found your review 1st! THANK YOU for saving me money! it would not be worth the 1/2 inch from 1 persons review to waste my money! Blessings to you Ann!

    • I am so happy to have helped you.

Now, let me think about movements that can help you. The latest issue of First For Women magazine had articles on supplements that help burn belly fat. Ahhh, there’s always something new! :-> Maybe you and I can check those articles out and find something helpful. Let me know if you find anything!

    • Actually you can do crunches still if you do very small movements that concentrate more on keeping your midsection flexed and tight while doing them. The excercises I was taught in physical therapy plus the knowledge I have from being a personal trainer have been great. The easiest way to do these is to lay on the floor and put your hands behind your neck. Stare at a spot on the ceiling right above and continue staring at the spot as you raise you shoulders just enough to feeel your abs tighting even more (as you should already try to keep them tight even when your returning to the rest position.) I have degenerative disk disease and have had surgery. The surgery was not effective and disk fusion is not an option because they would have to fuse my entire lower back and I’m only 35. Doing any excercise while keeping your stomach flexed will imporve your muscles in your core. By doing so you will burn more fat, imporve your muscle tone, and you will actually lower the pain caused by the back. I know this because its the only thing that has worked to do so. Pain killers only work so long. Keeping those core muscles fit is far more effective. This can even be done in a car driveing or doing whatever. Just concentrate and tighten those muscles and hold. Good luck

    • Thank you so much for this informative response. I also have deg disk disease and I am very leary of anything that will cause pain in my neck.

    • That half inch probably came from a company employe or someone affiliates with this scam,

  18. I am a big gal… A “B B W”… I was thinking of trying this device, but getting a mans size to compensate for my girth… I was also thinking of wearing it through the day, instead of removing it…. Haven’t ordered it yet, but am still considering it, even with the negative comments…. a girdle around the middle sounds like something I could use… Still thinking about it….

  19. You might be interested in a product I’ve tried.

It’s a disposable cloth wrap used for tightening and toning, and it can be applied anywhere on the body. You don’t need to do any exercises for it to work, either. =)

  20. Ann Its was good that i came on this page cause omg i was going to get it but didnt c nothing i would like to try lol am going to just keep looking around my husband try the LIPOZIN pill and it work great for him but after 4 kids yea its not for me i need a real tummy tuck done lol

    • Anonymous says:

lipozin pills do not work, i tried them, absolutely nothing

    • I know nothing about Lipozin pills. I’m just exercising, and trying things on the outside of my body for now. (Love my Yummy Tummy garments! If my crunches don’t look their working, then I slip that on and voila! :-> )

  21. Ann, did you return the product pursuant to their published MBG?–see reproduction below.
How much was the total postage to return the unit and how long did it take for you to receive your refund? Thanks Chris

  22. So you stated you started a new exercise routine. What is it? Is it working?

  23. THANK YOU for saving me time and money!!! I appreciate having an honest opinion about a product, no sensoring as I saw when the product first came out.

Thank you so much for this review. I had credit card in hand and was about to order it when I saw your blog. I have tried diets, exercise, pills, etc and nothing seems to work. Even my husband is surprised that I do not lose weight. I was getting desperate! maybe I will have to follow my doctors advice and get a bypass, which I NEVER wanted to do.

    Thanks for saving me money

I do not work for the company, I do not even have this tummytuck belt, but I know it works because I have the same-type of SHORTS and they work. I am getting this because it goes up higher. The way it works is it makes you sweat in that area. When I where the SHORTS, I am all sweaty. The reason the cream/lotion would help is, it would help block the pores and make you sweat more, I think any cream/lotion would work for this purpose….but anxious to try theirs….off to order.

I just cant believe how gullible people are. Just flash this website at your doctor and time how long it took for him to stop laughing, then rehabilitate yourself by chuckling and indicate some dumb friend tried to talk you into trying this product. Actually, lots of people play this game and let their friends take the fall.
Solution, to weight loss for fatties. Use a luncheon plate when serving yourself a meal, chew slowly and drag out the meal….followed by a long walk with your iPod for company. And think about how good you were by avoiding eating all that bread a butter with that meal/

OMG this is a piece of crap. I am in so much pain. I am sending it back today

  28. Thanks everyone for opening my eyes to this scam because I don’t have money to waste. Now I can’t realize how poeple can ripe-off other poeple. Thanks again

  29. Thanks for the comments above, as I was about to order the product myself. I’m a 60 year old man, 10 pounds over weight and most of it in the waist. I thought this product might work for the fact that most guys who wear elastic briefs never have fat build up where the elastic band goes around the waist…the fat starts above the elastic band. But my take on it is that I would have to leave it on 24/7 until the fat burned off.

  30. Thank you Ann for your review. Definitely going to save money by avoiding this product. I’m one of many who can’t do crunches because of back problems, but found an incredible solution and in three months I lost two pant sizes. I was going to get this belt cuz I’m still quite hefty and have a hideous baby belly, but I guess I’ll just keep doing what I’ve been doing and maybe it will continue to improve.
So every night when I lay down to sleep I tighten and release my tummy muscles, not moving any other part of body just tummy. I originally started with fifty and every night did ten more. Now I do about 150 contractions before I end up falling asleep. I know it seems silly but when I noticed my pants getting looser I was ecstatic. Something that seemed so effortless (and free) actually was working. So far I’ve only shared this with my sisters, but after they started losing weight I figure I have enough evidence to share my personal exp. Plus, Ann, I respect your honesty in this post and this is the first time I felt like it was worth my time ever to respond to a post.
Be diligent and you will be rewarded:) I’ll have to come back to this post and see if anyone gives this a try. I would love to hear if this worked for anyone else.
    Yours Truly…Jesica

    • Hi Jesica,

Thank you so much for sharing your isometric exercise. Yay! It’s working!

The exercise dvd that was included with this belt were standing isometric (contracting muscles) exercises and it’s proven that this technique works so that just made my feeling about the purpose of the belt even more ridiculous.

Thank you so much for your comment Jesica. I’m enjoying this little “forum” that’s growing from the review. I’m tightening my stomach muscles right now! ;->

  31. Kimberly

Ann I was also considering buying this product but glad I found this post, will definitely save my money. Jesica I think I am going to give your exercise a try. Will let you know how it turns out.

    • Kimberly,

I’m happy to help you save your money. You and I both just need to use Jesica’s exercises and we’ll be better off. Let me know how it works for you!

    • Thank you Ann and Kimberly for y your comments and support. It’s kool there is a name for my exercises. Since my post I have been having more back pain, probably the cold weather, and I’m so grateful these contractions don’t really affect my back. Oh, and I lost another two inches, yay!!! Good luck on your tummys too!!! I’m so anticipating to hear about your outcomes ;)
      Yours truly , Jesica

  32. Someone else posted in another website review of this product she was charged twice and even tracked her refund and was still waiting after the 60 days. And they automatically sent the lotion again for 19.99 plus 6.99 shipping. That was another reason why she cancelled she was too busy before to send it back. So be careful.

I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond. No hassles. I am noticing results because I exercise and it is a good girdle. I put mine on from feet up, there is no way it would go over my chest.

  33. What do I do to keep it from keep coming up ? If I put it over my butt some my butt looks funny like its cut in half or something pleaase give me some advice this thing just will not fit like how I see it on tv

    • That’s a problem I had. It kept rolling up. I had the size that their size chart said was right for me, and it was so-o-o-o annoying and uncomfortable.
My best advice is to tuck it into the top of your jeans – and keep tightening your tummy muscles ;->

  34. Thank you sooo much for this review! I was very willing to spend some money on this thing, even if it was just to use it as a girdle while trying some exercises, but after reading the comments you and others have posted I’m convinced about the saying: “If it sounds too good to be true… it probably is!”.
Thanks also to Jessica and Chris Johnson for their tips on exercise. I will definitely try these isometrics they way Jessica suggested. It sounds like a great plan, especially since you’re adding 10 more contractions each night. And congratulations on losing another 2 inches! That’s definitely encouraging! I’m off to try it, plus I’ll keep on tightening my abdomen as often as I can! I’m excited about it!

    • I’m happy you found my review helpful. And aren’t these comments great? It’s like our own little Tummy Tuck Forum. (I need to work on that :-> ).

Keep up with your isometric exercises, I’m sure they’ll help!

  35. Eh, I hate to disagree but it did work for me. You lose some inches for sure. The only problem is that it is not the most comfortable thing out there. It can be painful and annoying. I recorded my experience here: http://tummytuckbeltreviews.co

Let’s be fair though and not call it “useless”, because it is not useless. But it is not the best product either !

  36. Hi Ann could u pls tell me what r Jessica’s exercices.

  39. After reading your most informative review, I decided against purchasing the TTB for my wife and I.
I am 71 yrs old and the Quick Start Guide you mentioned interests me because being retired and doing the cooking for my wife and I this info could help a great deal. What did you get from “understanding food and how certain choices pertain to a healthier lifestyle, meal plans for men and women, education on foods and how they react to the body and motivation to keep you on a positive, healthier path.”
If you could quote some of the passages from the guide it may help me and thousands of your other FANS.
    Thanks for saving us money!

    • I’m looking for the guide. When I find it (probably in a pile of magazines I intend to recycle) I’ll share some passages.

What I know is that cayenne pepper, cumin and red pepper flakes help burn belly fat. However, you have to be careful because these spices can really upset your stomach if you use too much. (Maybe why they “burn belly fat”? ;-> )

I just saw this ad on tv-heck, it reminded me of the 1st time I put on 1 of those ‘spanxy type’ of contraptions! after wearing that (not the tummy tuck, the S-material), it took close to an hour for my inerds to relocate @where they S/be!! *lol* ANYways Ann, & the rest of ya’ll, thank you for your candor. I don’t often fall for these ‘only on tv’ products..but I ALMOST did, again. whew. Just another caution to THROW into the wind: I had bought to TRY this certain ‘shampoo system’ that was OH SO SPECIAL, eco-friendly, etc etc. I rec’d the package, used it same day & UCK! I returned the box. WEN I did so,lol, I failed to insure the pkg & surely, of COURSE my return wasn’t credited to my account. Day 3 after receiving 1st pkg-I see 2-TWO more pkgs on my front step, of this item & I couldn’t find a darn phone# anywhere to call, so I emailed. OOOPS it was ‘their mistake’ so I could keep the 2 pkgs at no cost & were going to credit my card, which they did. What was I going to do with those 2 useless orders? Idea! I have a neighbor gal who’s helped me re-pot plants, so I gave them to her. SHE loved it! Her hair is coarse by her own admission, & I apologize if this sounds awful, but I think the product is best for Afro Americans (as my friend proudly hails from), permed hair or just plain thick rough hair!! Day 6 into this GODFORSAKKEN time consuming, mind-numbing ‘oh so special’ experience, I see TWO MORE pkgs on front step (UPS must not be collecting signatures these days!), so I EMAILed the company WEN I rec’d the products. I was charged on my card, rec’d email from ‘company’ in poor language, spelling, etc, I ASSumed they were from a foreign country as well. I wrote that I had HAD it w/the COMPANY & WEN I rec’d full credit PLUS all my shipping & handling costs (NOW I track my orders!), I’d return the last so called order. This was a travesty! it’s only mentioned in a small area that this is an auto ship & does so every month or so. HONK! In the end I lost out about $45.00, but I DID get a LOT of my plants re-potted!! just had to share MY ‘only on tv’ experience! I may be from VT, but I fool me once! (or twice?) at least my cc co. was very kind, they put in for a no-fault claim & I DID get my $, most of it!) whew, didn’t think THIS post would be as mind numbing as it is/was! ;)

  42. Wellll I hope it wrks fr.mee cuz im strugg lk ng to lk ose weght

  43. Bought a Nutribullet at Bed Bath and Beyond for $100.00, $80.00 with 20% off coupon. Made 2 smoothies per day, no sugar juices or anything added. Fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, apples etc)mixed as you prefer with a handful of spinach. Added water and Splenda to taste. Did not even follow the suggestions in the accompanying recipe book. Lost 1 lb per day the first week.
Ate a protein meat with vegetables at dinner dinner with a salad too! For a snack a sugar free jello pudding or 100 calorie yogurt. Second week did two smoothies every other day and 1 smoothie every other. Losing about 3 lbs per week. Never hungry.
    Hope it works for you!

I’m a 56 yr old woman that’s tried different things to loose those last nagging 7 or 8 lbs I dont like to b in the kitchen I tried the cabbage soup detox diet and lost 5 the first week and 2 or 3 thereafter it’s very easy to stay on and if I put some weight back on I get right back on it. It’s safe to do all the time and the detox effect makes me feel energetic and with grand kids I sure need that

My daughter and I both want to try this , my concern is that after having six children and then losing 65 lbs. I have this sagging belly pouch and wonder if this belt will do anything for that fatty area , my legs buttocks and hips are doing quite well it’s just that one area LOL I do realize the skin will never go back into shape just want to lose the sagging fatty roll . And crunches won’t help this .

  45. I think this tummy tuck belt information is quiteimpressive and I personally suggest people to read it. Quality work.

I gotta say I was on the phone ordering the belt for my hubby and got on the website to check it out and came upon all these reviews. the tv infomercial says 2 pmts $19.99 but on the phone it has to be credit card only and makes no mention of auto-enroll for cream. Isn’t this false advertising? I’m really into Zumba and this is a fun way to get in some cardio and get into shape…especially if you like dancing like I do :) keep the belt…give me my Zumba!!!

try walking and/or bike riding…I’ve gone walking with neighbors and riding around the neighborhood and to the mall…it is a fun way to get in shape (round is still a shape, right :) and make friends

    • That’s the way to do it! (“Round is still a shape” You’re so funny! And… of course it is :->

If wearing some kind of compression garment while walking will help remind some to tightening their belly and stand up straighter while walking, then good. What ever it takes. But the key here is to move (and that this Tummy Tuck belt isn’t magic ;-> )

  48. Excellent and decent post. I found this much informative, as to what I was exactly searching for. Thanks for such post and please keep it up.

    Hi,

i heard about the tummy tuck belt. i have a question. After the pregnancy i have baby bump. i tried to lose it but i can’t loose the baby bump. i want to try it but after using this shall i get the baby bump again???Is it harmful???any side effects??…..please tell me to lose my baby bump…

    • All right, I will tell you ‘lose your baby bump’.
I have no idea if, after using the Tummy Tuck Belt, you will get your baby bump again. Is the belt harmful? Um, I don’t believe it can cause harm. But just about anything can hurt you if you really try. Side effects? I didn’t list any findings of side effects from the Thermal Accelerator cream in my review.
Now, how you lose your baby bump, and when, is up to you. (And, if you find something that works, please come back and let us know!)

  51. Dear Ann, I have been using the program “Body Flex” as a warm up, and Hip Hop Abs” as main program. Have gotten rid of 5 in. overall. Measured at the end of the 3rd. week. And lost 16.5 lbs. (part of that came off before starting the exercise programs.). Maybe lost 10 lbs. with the exercise. I’m going to try Chelsea’s way, as well. Thanks so much.

    • Woo Hoo! Way to go Ellen!

And I agree with you, Chelsea (in comments above) mentions to exercise more extremely to get those last lbs. off. Sometimes all it takes is that extra time and effort.

I’m in my mid-40′s and it has taken more time for my efforts to show, but they finally are! Hurrah! The deal is, just don’t stop. Maintain – keep going – don’t stop.

Come back and let us know how you’re doing Ellen :->

  52. This is fraud!!! This product does not work!!! I used it as stated for 30 days. Did the work outs. NOTHING! Watch their commercials closer. Do not concentrate on the stomach area…..look at the upper arms and chest areas. Do you really think the tummy tuck belt worked on those areas as well? Funny how their upper arms lost weight. Big joke. These people on the commercial apparently dieted/worked out just for the commercial or had their heads pasted on a different body. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ like I did. Diet & exercise is the only way to get rid of your belly fat. I’ve been working out and calorie counting for the past 2 mths. Still have more pounds to lose…..just do it!!! There is no easy way!

hi ann, thank you for your review.. i just sat watching this informercial and decided to check it out on the web. you saved me some $, time and frustration. I am inspired by a movie type documentary i recently watched: Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. You can see it on Netflix. Another poster commented here: its about using fruit and vegetables, juiced, to assist you in receiving the fruit and veg in large quantities into your body. Now I just need to START that. I guess it is human nature to try to find something that would be a bit easier. Thank you again

    • Thank you for your comment. And I’m glad I saved you some money!
I’ve heard nothing but good things about juicing. I have no problem with veggies but fruits just don’t seem to be my thing – it only works for me if I have them in smoothies.
Let me know how your juicing goes!

Wow very interesting! Cant believe iread to the bottom!!! Thanks for the advice…not gonna buy it and trying jessicas workout!! So glad i saw your review:)

    • I can’t believe you read to the bottom either! But there are some great comments so I can understand how you stayed engaged :->
      Good luck with Jessica’s workout.

  56. Thank you for your comment! You have me giggling.

I don’t have any reviews for Weight Watchers. But, if you join, please come back and tell me how it’s going

  57. I got this tummy tuck system from Amazon at a great price and have already seen some awesome results. I’m so excited that I would like to share the promo that I received: http://amzn.to/1043VJR. This little belt is the real deal.

  58. Can I simply just say what a comfort to uncover somebody that actually
knows what they are discussing on the web. You actually understand how to bring an issue
to light and make it important. More and more people need
to read this and understand this side of your
story. I was surprised you are not more popular given that you certainly possess the gift.

  59. There is a thermogenic cream that does work from GNC that you could use with a neoprene waist enhancer belt that would probably work better than this product
