I first heard of Rooibos (pronounced: ROY-bos) tea from my mother. She was reading the book series “The No.1 Ladies Detective Agency” and the author mentioned tea made from the Rooibos bush and the health benefits of this tea. My mom researched this product and started drinking tea made from Rooibos and wanted me to try it to alleviate my sinus pain. I’m always ready to try a natural product for pain relief and that began my lesson in Rooibos.
I was recently given the opportunity to try a line of beverages that incorporate the health benefits of the Rooibos bush in refreshing, tasty drinks that are cold and delicious, just perfect for a warm, Spring or Summer day – Rooibee Red Tea
I prefer my children (and all children!) to avoid drinks with caffeine and Rooibee Red Tea
is caffeine free, full of antioxidants and a full serving of Vitamin C. Each bottle contains between 80 to 90 calories.
Full ingredients of Cranberry Pomegranate:
Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Rooibos Tea Extract (390mg), Gallic Acid Equivalent (78mg),
Natural Flavor, Organic Citric Acid, Organic Ascorbic Acid, Hibiscus Extract (color).
My family and I enjoyed the tastes of Rooibee Red Tea. I find a no more flattering review then to have my 15 year old daughter ask, “Is there any more?” Let me say, when our review bottles were empty, she wanted to know where we could buy more of her favorite flavors. I’m up for that! Rooibee Red Tea is available in delicious flavors: Peach, Cranberry Pomegranate, Watermelon Mint, Vanilla Chai and Unsweetened. (The Peach and Cranberry Pomegranate were the favorites in our house.) You can try these for yourself when you purchase them at New Seasons, Whole Foods and Kroger Stores.
