Recently I had the chance to take part in The Chrysler Experience and test drive the redesigned 2015 Chrysler 200 Sedan. I was accompanied by my mom, she loves cars and I knew she would appreciate talking with someone who knows how it all comes together. (I’m pretty much a ‘Turn-the-key-push-the-pedal-I’m-good’ when it comes to the workings of vehicles.) This car looked sleek and the functions were pretty fancy and fun! Rob, I think we need a new car :->
As I closed the door I felt as if I was sitting in a command center. A shiny, cozy, command center. Very comfortable seats with enough head room for this 5’10” – long torso’d person. When I asked for the key the Rep. directed me to a button. “While in Park, push this button and the car will start”, said the very helpful Meagan. Nice! The 2015 Chrysler Sedan comes with a full electronic gear shift with a rotary shift knob. Also there’s a pass-through storage area under the console that’s accessible by the driver and front-seat passenger. It fit my purse perfectly and every bit of space that car makers can create is much appreciated. And here’s something else that was MUCH appreciated:
On this day in particular being shown the latest feature of air-conditioned seats was great! It was 90 degrees and cool air was a hot ticket! This sedan comes with a rear-view monitor in the dash, along with guides to help you align with parallel parking which, unfortunately, is something that eludes my comfort zone. Yay! for help with parallel parking! Check out this short video that will clearly show you the interior design features:
When I was done with my test drive (too soon! ;-> ) my mom took a turn behind the wheel. She was more interested in talking about what the Chrysler 200 Sedan could do then drive it for herself. No problem! Very helpful Rep. Megan was more than ready to answer mom’s questions.
If you are interested in the Chrysler 200 Sedan visit a dealer near you and take a test drive. Come back and let me know what you think.
(*Disclosure: I received compensation with my invitation to take a test drive and share my experience. My opinions are truthfully my own. Yay for air-conditioned seats! And parking help! :-> )
